Order and Delivery
Found something you love? Wonderful!
Select your preferred color and/or size and click “Add to Cart.” You can continue shopping and return to your cart at any time by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner. Please note that items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.
Once you’re ready to complete your purchase, click the cart icon to review your items. You can adjust quantities if needed, then click “Proceed to Checkout” to securely enter your shipping and payment details.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, as we begin processing immediately to ensure fast handling and delivery.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Please note that return shipping costs (including Track & Trace) are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. All orders are shipped with Track & Trace.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after shipment.
How long is the delivery time?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
As many of our items are shipped from our international fulfillment partners, the average delivery time is 5–8 business days under normal circumstances.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high seasonal demand.
I won’t be home during delivery. What should I do?
If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions. Depending on the carrier, the package may be redirected to a local pickup point for a limited time before being returned.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information to stay updated on delivery attempts.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
We process orders quickly, so there is only a short window to correct address details. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at:

Missing or Stolen Packages
Susan & Daisy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. The carrier may initiate an investigation after a waiting period (usually up to 14 days from the marked delivery date).
If insured shipping was selected at checkout, a claim may be filed with the insurance provider for lost or stolen items. Without insured shipping, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for missing packages.
We strongly recommend ensuring that your delivery address is accurate and secure.
