Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return form. The completed return form and invoice must be included in your shipment. Returns cannot be processed if the return form is incomplete.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • All original tags and labels must be intact.

  • The item must show no signs of wear or use.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we reasonably suspect the item has been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. After this period, orders may have already entered processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.


Important Information

  • Items purchased from the Sale section are not eligible for refunds. These may only be exchanged for store credit or an item of equal or lesser value.

  • Clear photos of the item’s condition (including any defects or damage) are required before a return can be approved.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All returns must be sent to our international fulfillment facility at the address provided by customer service after return approval.

  • A valid tracking number is required for all returns.

  • A photo of the tracking receipt must be emailed to us on the day the return is shipped.

  • The return form must be printed and included inside the package.

Please note: Susan & Daisy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Return Address

The return address will be provided by customer service once your return request has been approved.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — posting times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank — processing delays may occur.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Tights

  • Body care products

Items damaged due to misuse or customer handling will not be accepted for return.
